Bandos.
Mid level Pvm.
Melee or range works.
90+ in melee stats or 80+ in range
At least 43 prayer (over 70-80 for better DPS)
Bring the best gear you have.
Inventory:
requirements: 1 Hammer.
1 Overload, up to 3 prayer pots for multiple kills.
4 Saradomin pots, and ether sharks or monk fish for better healing.
Once in gwds, run north east to the door
get 10 Bandos kills and prepare to fight Bandos.
Pray melee and enter the door.
Focus Bandos first, then his minions.

Range 80+
melee will not work
At least 40 prayer.(over 80 for better DPS.)
Bring the best range gear you have
Inventory:
requirements: 1 Mith Grapple
1 overload, 3 prayer pots and 4 Saradomin brews for multiple kills.
And sharks or monk fish.
Teleport to gwds and run south until you get to the pillar, swing across
get 10 Armadyl kills.
open the big door, and pray range
focus Kree'arra first then her minions.
